We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalised products (e.g. printed belts, custom banners)
  • Made-to-order items produced specifically for your order
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the product and place a new order once the return has been approved.


European Union & UK – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the EU or UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Custom-made or personalised products are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
