Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Invoices are issued by Snelder Gruppen AB and may be administered via our finance system. Standard payment term (where offered): 30 days from invoice date. Title to goods remains with Snelder Gruppen AB until full payment is received.
