    As a customer, you have a 14-day open purchase/right of withdrawal. Open purchase and right of withdrawal do not apply to specially ordered goods* You have the right to open the packaging and examine the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you are satisfied with it. The item must be in unaltered condition for you to cancel the purchase. All possible accessories must be included with the return as well as original packaging to Snelder Gruppen AB. * For example, printing or made-to-measure goods

    If you regret your order or part of it and wish to return it, you do so at your own expense.

    Return

    When returning, you bear the risk if the product is damaged when it is shipped back to us, therefore make sure that the product is well packed in its original packaging. When returning, we recommend that you use a transport packaging in order to provide extra protection for the product. The product must be complete, which means that all accessories, user manual, etc. shall join the return. Upon return, a return & administration fee of 10% of the order value is charged, but at least SEK 100.

    How do I return my item?

    Contact our customer service to obtain a return shipping slip. You will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return shipping slip. Snelder Gruppen AB will not redeem packages against cash on delivery.

    Refund

    A refund/credit always takes place in the first place to the original payment method, which normally takes place within 14 working days from the time we receive and approve your return
